At Midducks Candle Co., we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our policies should be fair, clear and transparent.
In the rare situation that you find yourself unsatisfied with a purchase, please contact us within 14 days and we will aim to resolve the issue with you. We can accept returns within 14 days of purchase and will refund in full, excluding the return postage, unless the item is damaged. The item should be returned to us within the 14 days for us to issue the refund. 
Refunds will be paid using your initial payment method.
